Free Shipping on All Orders
TODDLERCART offers free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Whether you are buying a single onesie or a complete toddler travel set, you will never pay extra for shipping. This is our way of supporting families and making high-quality toddler essentials accessible to everyone. Free shipping applies to all delivery addresses within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, a small surcharge may apply, and we will notify you before processing your payment. No hidden fees, no surprises – just straightforward, free shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
To ensure your order is processed on the same business day, we require all orders to be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after this cut-off will be treated as if they were placed on the next business day. For example, an order submitted at 5:01 PM EST on a Tuesday will begin processing on Wednesday. Weekends and federal holidays also shift the start of handling to the next business day. Planning ahead? We recommend placing your order before the cut-off to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, our team at TODDLERCART begins preparing your items. Our standard handling time is between 1 and 3 business days. During this period, our warehouse team picks, packs, and inspects every item to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility. High-demand products or personalized items may occasionally take the full 3 days, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.
Transit Time: 3–6 Business Days
After your order is shipped, the carrier delivers it within 3 to 6 business days. This transit window applies to standard shipping to all locations within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination’s proximity to our fulfillment center located in New York, NY. Remote areas may experience the upper end of the range. Please note that transit time is counted from the day after your package is picked up by the carrier, not from the day you place your order. You can always track your package in real time using the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your TODDLERCART orders. All shipments include a tracking number at no extra cost. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at the email address below so we can investigate.
International Shipping
Currently, TODDLERCART ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. We hope to expand internationally soon. For customers with APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we can deliver via USPS Priority Mail, but transit times may extend to 10–15 business days. Free shipping still applies.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. TODDLERCART is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you made an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, when necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund. For delayed shipments beyond the 6-business-day transit window, we encourage you to check the carrier’s tracking page first. If the delay extends beyond 10 business days, contact us for further assistance.
